Under three minutes between launch and the finished song, in the vast majority of cases. The brief itself takes as long as you want: it saves automatically and you can come back to it later. If a generation runs longer than usual, it continues in the background and you will find it in “My songs” — no need to run it again.

Yes. The studio accepts your own lyrics instead of the guided brief. Woyla then only handles composition, singing and master preparation.

You choose the singing language when picking the voice, independently of the language you are browsing in. The site itself exists in French and English.

One final version is generated for each launch. It is ready to play, download and share as soon as creation finishes.

You can edit the brief and run it again as many times as you like. Each run consumes notes, with one exception: if creation fails on our side, nothing is charged and you can run it again straight away.

The note is the unit you create with. A song consumes a fixed number of notes, shown before launch. You buy notes individually or in packs, and your balance stays visible in “Notes & subscriptions”.

Bank card and mobile money, depending on the country you pay from. Prices are displayed in CFA francs, euros or dollars, in the currency attached to your account.

An expiry date applies to some offers only. When it does, it is stated at purchase and repeated in “Notes & subscriptions”, on the “Notes expiring soon” line.

The Creator subscription grants a number of complete songs per billing period, renewed at every billing date. It can be cancelled at any time: access stays open until the end of the period already paid for, with no renewal afterwards.

A song is a personalised digital content, performed immediately at your request: the right of withdrawal no longer applies once generation has started. However, if a creation fails for a technical reason, the corresponding notes are automatically credited back. For anything else, write to us: we look at every situation.

With an email address and password, with Google, or, in the iPhone app, with Apple. You can start a brief before creating the account: it is kept and attached to your profile.

From the sign-in screen, request a reset link. It arrives by email and stays valid for a limited time, for your security.

Yes. You can invite people into your workspace: they create songs using the workspace notes, without needing a balance of their own.

In “My account”. The language applies to the interface and to emails, the currency to displayed prices and future payments.

In the mobile app, open Profile, then Settings and Delete my account. Depending on the account’s sign-in method, confirm with your password or a recent reauthentication with Google or Apple, then enter the requested phrase. The profile, songs, audio files and associated gift pages become unrecoverable. On the web, write to us from the email address on the account. In both cases, payment accounting records remain stored for as long as the law requires.
